Kim Gushee with Loretta Realty is great! After meeting with 3 realtors in a year I got really lucky to have found her. A really close friend of mine pointed me to her saying I'm leaving with the best of the best and they were right!  She's very experienced, definitely an expert in her field! She helped me find the house I   was looking for even if this market could be tough at times,  Kim made sure I got a really great deal. What was important to me was important to Kim. She was always there for me. I don't like to text so I was able to call her at anytime any day of the week and she was always available. She made me feel like I was her only client (I'm sure I was not, but I couldn't tell!) That's how devoted she is to her customer service. Even after the closing her customer service never ended! She negotiated as if she was buying for herself. And bonus, she was genuinely fun and loving.
