We enforce lease compliance with the tenant. We collect the rent and set the expectations with the tenant on their monthly obligations.  We offer rapid disbursements of funds.

Tenant compliance is easier because we provide the following: Complete verification of your tenant including the securing all criminal background and security checks, running credit reports, verifying employment, and collecting previous landlord references.

We handle all communication with the tenant. 

When an item needs repair, we have developed relationships with maintenance workers, contractors, suppliers, and vendors over the years to be certain you get  a qualified contractor on the job  at a fair price.
